In 2011, with 10 years of design experience under his belt, Jeff founded Cult Partners. His vision was to create innovative packaging solutions for the wine, spirits, and specialty-foods industries. Jeff has since worked with some of the highest-profile companies in the world, including Constellation, E&J Gallo, MGM Studios, Google, and Williams-Sonoma.
Jeff began his career in Los Angeles with EMI Capitol Records and working at Melanie Paykos Design with such clients as FedEx, General Motors, Fox Independent Pictures, HBO, CBS-Paramount, and Sony Pictures. Prior to founding Cult Partners, he worked at CF Napa, where he honed his skills by creating packaging for the wine and spirits industries. Jeff’s work at CF Napa received numerous awards, including the Print Regional Design Annual, How International, and Mobius Packaging.
Jeff attended the University of Arizona, where he studied Visual Communications. When not hard at work, Jeff enjoys cooking and exploring the hills of the East Bay by foot and by bike.
Sara comes to Cult Partners as a 15-year veteran of the packaging industry. For over 10 years she was an integral part of the esteemed design firm CF Napa, where she started as a junior designer and worked her way up to Senior Design Director. During her tenure she created some of the most notable and recognizable wine and spirits brands on the market, including Fetzer, Beringer, Robert Mondavi, Hahn, Duckhorn, and Klinker-Brick. Her numerous awards include the Type Director’s Club Annual, Communication Arts Design Annual, Print Regional Design Annual, Graphis Packaging Annual, and AIGA 365.
Prior to CF Napa, Sara worked with several companies, including Avalon Natural Products, Oakland Museum of California, and Kirkland.
Sara earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Packaging Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. When not slaving away in the office, Sara loves spending time with her family and beloved dog Atilla, reading a good book, and adding to her shoe collection.
